Save Rent Control/No On 98 Ironboarding/Outreach

Please join us this Saturday to register tenants to vote and spread the word to existing voters to VOTE NO on 98 to save rent control.

We’ll be meeting at 11 AM at Central City SRO Collaborative, 259 Hyde St (at Eddy) and then send people out with literature and voter registration materials to set up tables at busy intersections & supermarkets in tenant neighborhoods all over the city. We need as many people as possible so we can really blanket the city to get renters registered and to spread the word about Prop 98. This will take just a few hours of your time and at 2 PM we’ll come back to 259 Hyde for pizza to reward us for our efforts.

And—as a bonus—everyone who comes will get a No on 98 T shirt!

(If you drive, we can use a few drivers to ferry people to their spots and pick them up again—let me know if you can bring your car that day)
