Hamilton - In Novato = Civic Engagement Coalition meeting on Tuesday, March 11th, 2008 at the Oak Room of the Marin Community Foundation, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.
We will debrief on the recent February 5th Primary Election, exchange information about the upcoming June 3rd, 2008 State Primary Election and plan voter education activities leading up to it. Additionally, we will distribute voter registration cards and fliers with important information about registration deadlines, vote by mail and provisional ballot information for upcoming elections. If you haven't already, RSVP to antonia [at] maringrassroots.org.
Who should join the Civic Engagement Coalition?
Any organization or individual that is/wants to become active in voter education and who wants their staff and/or constituency to participate and be more civically engaged.
The 2007-2008 Campaign - Equal Voices for Healthy Communities, offers countless opportunities for you and the people you serve to participate, network and be better informed (candidates forums, community meetings, ballot measure discussions, registrations drives, community dialogues and town halls, Election Day phone banking and exit surveys, volunteering, among others).
RSVP today to antonia [at] maringrassroots.org! For any questions, call Antonia Hollander at 415-451-4350 Ext. 302
