Hearing on Wikileaks Injunction

Defendants are hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE and to appear before this Court in Courtroom 2 (17th Floor), located at 450 Golden Gate Ave., San Francisco, California 94102, at 9:00 a. m., or as soon thereafter as this matter maybe heard on February 29, 2008, then and there to show cause (the "OSC Hearing"), if any, that the Wikileaks Defendants, and each of them, and the irrespective officers, directors, stockholders, owners, subsidiaries, agents, servants, employees and attorneys and all those in active concert or participation with the Wikileaks Defendants or them, and each of them, while pending the determination of this action and further Order of this Court, why a preliminary injunction should not issue continuing the above Temporary Restraining Order.
