Jessica Tovar is an organizer with Communities for a
Better Environment. Together with community and labor
groups from Richmond, she is fighting Chevrons new
plans to expand it's Richmond Refinery to process
dirty low quality crude oil.

Dr. Clark is a legendary environmental justice leader,
Executive Director of West County Toxics Coalition,
lifelong Richmond resident and a veteran of the Black
Panthers and the black power movement.
