In keeping with Iraq Moratorium and WCW's call for a national day of civil resistance at the MRS - CodePINK is joining this day of actions inside and out in front of the recruiting station all day, including but not limited to civil resistance.
Everyone is asked to take a one hour shift at the MRS, doing whatever action appeals to you.
Some suggested actions include the Grannies action of attempting to be recruited in place of our youth; going inside the office and sitting down to talk w/recruiters about the war, violence, vets 'benefits' or lack of; and requesting recruiters heed the mandate from the people of Berkeley as a City of Peace, we do NOT want recruiters in our town.
Sign up for an action or join other actions already planned.
