Porting Dining Hall at UCSC
This is the third night of a four day poetry festival held on the UCSC campus.
Rainbow Theatre Showcase! Rainbow theatre is one of California's premiere multicultural theatre troupes and one of Santa Cruz's largest source of radical, transformative poetry.
Performing with them, UCSC's African American Theatre Troupe and Flow, a fiery and enlightening group of empowered female poets.
Also featuring Katie Wirsing and Andrea Gibson, two of the strongest queer female voices in spoken word. Come to be amazed, leave empowered. Katie and Andrea will be holding a free poetry workshop 2/6 4-6pm at the UCSC Queer Center. For additional workshop information, go to kineticpoetics.com
Workshops are free; at shows, donations are requested but no one will be turned away.
