Peace at the park, 9/11/08, this isn't an event. This is the day we make a bold statement to the government without brutality from either side. It takes place on 9/11 to symbolize the beginning of the war, and to bring about the end of it. more details inside.

peace at the park, 9/11/08, this is not an event, this is an all day activity you're free as humans to partake in. we are not organizing nor getting permits to hang out around the park if people choose to congregate they are free to under their own regards.

there is nobody in charge of this day, there is nobody to hold accountable for anything besides yourselves. if you feel like coming to the park for a day of activism, relaxation, and as a defiant reminder that we want peace, you're more than welcome to. just please be smart.
you are encouraged to mingle with people you dont know, make friends with people, broaden your social horizons.
