CodePINK Yoga for Peace at the Station

Join Toby this morning and every Thursday morning as she leads us in Yoga for Peace and start the day out centering and stretching for Peace! AND help the recruiters start their day focused on peace and ending genocide!

Bring warm clothes and a yoga mat.. We will have the sun shining on us in the morning as we salute the sun each week with the Sun Salutation!

Toby encourages anyone to share in leading these weekly Yoga sessions. And she welcomes any musicians that can bring some soft, peaceful and calming live music: Any flutists, recorder players or other musicians that can support this effort. Toby will bring her nyckelharpa today (a Swedish string
instrument) and will play it for an hour or so after the yoga session.
