It says, "Ride BART on January 31st and get a free coupon [...]". But it seems from the referred web sites and, implicitly, from the hours given above, that it should say "Show up at [inside?] one of the six listed BART stations between 6:00 am and 9:00 am on January 31st and get a free coupon [...]".
It's definitely unclear and possibly misleading!
