Upheaval Productions will be shooting a third film on the situation in post-Katrina New Orleans later this month. This documentary will be focusing on the Latino community that has established itself throughout the Gulf Coast--100,000 moved to the area in 2005 alone, with a large concentration in New Orleans--since Hurricane Katrina struck in August of 2005, the vast majority of which is engaged in the reconstruction process and facing huge injustices, namely worker exploitation, a housing crisis, and discrimination. Come out this Saturday to hear some great bands and also support the production of this new documentary.
