Fascist Feinstein & Election Fraud Willie Brown Promote 2d 49er Stadium Swindle

Fascist Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein, her latest criminal vote being for a pro-torture attorney general, and murderous, election frauding organized crime Democrat, former mayor and assemblyperson, Willie Brown, are promoting a second 49er Stadium Swindle proposal on the June 2008 ballot, after the infamous first horrifying attack on the finances and lives of the people of San Francisco, namely the 49er Stadium Swindle election fraud of June 3, 2007. The named members of the Democratic Party announcing their contempt for the people of San Francisco by promoting this gambling racket known as professional football are Supervisor Sophie Maxwell, District Attorney Kamala Harris, Supervisor Aaron Peskin, Mayor Gavin Newsom.

This year is the 10th anniversary of the election fraud of June 3, 1997, in which we voted 70% No on Propositions D (the bond measure) and F (the anti-environmental measure) that would have made possible a massive theft of the city's treasurery. The Democratic Party's election fraud team, led by the vicious murderous thug, then "mayor" Wilie Brown, had the vote changed to 50.1% "yes."

This year is also the 10th anniversary of the murder of the chief witness, Delores Evans, and 5 children, in the election fraud lawsuit to overturn this fraudulent election, by Willie Brown's election fraud team, on December 13, 2007, 10 days after the lawsuit was filed. Ms. Evans, a pollworker, who lived in a Housing Authority home with 5 children, were murdered in a mysterious fire in the early morning hours from which the fire inspector told the Hearst Examiner they could have escaped, but someone stopped them.

The election fraud team included, but was not limited to, the Chamber of Commerce, the Democratic Central Committee, the Republican Central Committee, the San Francisco Police Department, the Housing Authority, A. Philip Randolph Institute, Glide Church and its preacher, Cecil Williams, Third Baptist Church and its preacher, Amos Brown, Nation of Islam, TURF, SLUG, and all of the newspapers and organizations which endorsed the 49er Stadium Swindle. Only the Peace & Freedom Party and the Green Party opposed this proposition. We can be sure exactly the same people will support and oppose this second promotion of a stinking gambling racket to make the rich richer. The only way to solve San Franicsco's problems is to attack the rich who make over $200,000 a year who live or work in San Franicsco, like millionaires Dianne Feinstein and Willie Brown. The sooner the 49ers leave San Francisco, the better, and they should take Fascist Feinstein and Murderous Willie Brown with them.

So far, about 150,000 people voted in the very low voter turnout mayor's race of November 6, 2007, according to the Election Department at:

It will not get much higher than that. A high voter turnout which we will see in November 2008 for the presidential election is 300,000 voters, out of a population of 600,000 adults in San Francisco. The February 2008 election is only for the presidential primary and whatever ballot propositions qualify. The June 2008 election will have ballot propositions, Local Central Committees, local Superior Court judge positions, and primaries for the US Congress, state senate and state assembly. This should be a higher voter turnout than 150,000. In fact, we may well see 250,000 showing up for this election.

Both Fascist Feinstein and Murderous Willie Brown have serious credibility problems. Fascist Feinstein's promotion of a pro-torture attorney general has caused the Sonoma County Democrats to demand that she be censured. Murderous Willie Brown is despised not only for the 49er Stadium Swindle election, all of the viciously reactionary deeds he perpetrated while "mayor," including being anti-rent control and a mouthpiece of the landlords his entire political career, but also for his election fraud to get himself re-elected in 1999 when Supervisor Tom Ammiano, a pro-rent control Democrat, actually won. Brown's votes were based in the wealtheir sections of town, plus whatever ballots his election fraud team cast illegally, or prevented his opponents from casting. THE CONTEMPT OF THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF SAN FRANCISCO IN PROMOTING ANOTHER 49ER STADIUM SWINDLE, WITH TWO DESPISED PEOPLE IN CHARGE, IS A MANDATE TO RUN THIS STINKING ROTTEN PARTY OUT OF SAN FRANCISCO, ALONG WITH ITS TWIN, THE REPUBLICAN PARTY.

We are all ready for all 3 elections, including Cindy Sheehan's run for Congress as an independent, against Rep. Nancy Pelosi, who always supports all stadium swindles. Most of the voters were here in 1997 and we will make sure everyone knows the horrifying history of the first 49er Stadium Swindle election. Today, the economy is much weaker and the support of stadium swindles correspondingly weaker. With the February election campaign in full swing, we are all at the barricades, ready to oppose stadium swindles, Fascist Feinstein and Murderous Willie Brown and will remain there through November 2008.
