It is only in the last couple of centuries that poetry has become an up-tight, academic art. In archaic Greece, for example, poetry was always performed out loud and was accompanied by music. Let's revive this tradition. Join us for a night of poetry, song, and bacchanalian revelry. Read your own poems or those of your favorite poets.
