People get so riled up over situations that they aren't even fully informed about.
There is no proof that the kid who was beaten had ANY involvement whatsoever in hanging nooses on the tree.
Let's look at this situation judicially (rationally).

Six black males are angry after nooses are hung from a tree at their high school.
Six black males (instead of being thinking individuals) resort to violence.
Six black males proceed to beat one white male who was not even proven to have any involvement in the situation whatsoever.

I think if you have somewhat of a brain you can look at this situation and see the obsurdity of it.
I in no way shape or form condone the whites hanging nooses, that is just plain wrong.
Again, I don't agree with what the whites did but did the damn white kids beat a bunch of blacks because they were angry? NO.
They hung a noose around a tree (which is in no way a physical confrontation) but rather a statement.
Why couldn't the blacks have made a statement back by hanging a (white)dummy from the noose when it was hung?
Oh no way, they couldn't have done that because that wouldn't have been VIOLENT ENOUGH.
I'm sick of violence in this country and I'm sick of all you ignorant fucks condoning it.
When comes a point where people all over the nation back the assaulting party (6 individuals) who hospitalized a kid (1 individual) who THEY THOUGHT hung a noose?
That point comes when "in the name of equality" Affirmative Action came into being.
Also, if you have any brain at all you know that Affirmative Action itself is a racist policy (choosing a less qualified individual over a more qualified individual because their skin color happens to be a few shades darker).
WAKE THE FUCK UP PEOPLE!
I can't believe White America isn't in more of an upheaval over this matter.
This Jena incident has gotten so far out of hand that it's not even worth being discussed anymore.

p.s.- why couldn't ONE black kid beat him up? hmmm
