Come to a unique, family-friendly event on healthcare reform sponsored by MomsRising.org on Saturday, November 3rd in Berkeley.
This event offers a rare opportunity to have an impact in the direction of California’s health care policy. State Assemblymembers Loni Hancock and Mark DeSaulnier will be on hand to hear your opinions about providing healthcare coverage for all kids. Together, we’ll create a huge card filled with your pictures and messages calling upon our legislative leaders not to leave Sacramento this year before voting to cover all kids.
The event is free and open to the public. Bring your kids – we’ll have activities specifically for children.
Event co-sponsors include the following organizations: 100% Campaign: Health Insurance for Every California Child, Asian Immigrant Women Advocates, BANANAS, Health Access, and Lifelong Medical Care.
