Proceed East on Hwy 50. Exit at Howe/Power Inn Road. Stay in the right lane, and turn right at first opportunity, before reaching Power Inn Road. Go under freeway on Hornet Drive, get into left lane. Make left on College Town Drive. Proceed West to campus. Alumni Center is on the right just before the stadium.

WHY: To raise funds for PSR/Sacramento's Annual Highschool Scholarship Essay Contest.
COST: $60 for dinner and talk; $20 for talk only; $10 for talk for students. Table sponsorships are available for $500 (for 10 people).

About Joseph Cirincione
Joseph Cirincione, Senior Fellow and Director for Nuclear Policy at the Center for American Progress, is one of America's best known weapons experts and author of "Bomb Scare: The History & Future of Nuclear Weapons." Mr. Cirincione teaches at the graduate School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University. Despite the current state of world affairs, Mr. Cirincione feels that there is a window of opportunity to "dramatically reduce, and even eliminate, many of the nuclear dangers that keep the hands of the Bulletin's Clock poised so precipitously close to midnight." He will share his vision of hope during his keynote address.

Nationally, PSR has over 30,000 members. The Sacramento chapter currently has over 700 members.
