The World Affairs Council of Northern California and the Commonwealth Club of California are pleased to welcome his Excellency Dr. Tabaré Ramón Vázquez Rosas, President of Uruguay, to the Bay area. Vázquez has helped steer his country out of social and economic trouble and has led efforts to strengthen ties between South America and the European Union. Join President Vázquez for a discussion on the issues facing his nation and the world.
