Gosolarmarin, a coalition of San Rafael homeowners interested in group purchase of solar equipment, will have its first meeting Monday.
The meeting will feature Dana Armanino, green business coordinator for Marin County. A committee to develop a request for proposals to present to solar companies will be formed.
