On Monday, October 1st,the federal court in San Francisco will revisit a Department of Homeland Security proposal to make Social Security
“no-match” letters into an immigration enforcement tool. This rule will increase discrimination in the workplace and cause needless job losses without addressing the need for comprehensive immigration reform.
