We have been informed by KPFA news, 94.1 Fm, 9/18/07 at 6 p.m. that the entire San Francisco Board of Supervisors supports the San Francisco Democratic Party's racist gentrification police state terrorism known as "gang" injunctions. We have been informed by KPFA news, 94.1 Fm, 9/18/07 at 6 p.m. that the entire San Francisco Board of Supervisors supports the San Francisco Democratic Party's racist gentrification police state terrorism known as "gang" injunctions. This includes the 1 Green Party member as well as the 10 Democrats.

You can hear the report. about 45 minutes into the broadcast, at:
http://www.kpfa.org/archives/index.php?arch=22336
The Board of Supervisors have apparently voted on this last spring 10 to 0, with the absent as usual reactionary Democratic Supervisor Alioto-Pier being for it too.

They even interviewed the so-called liberal supervisor, Democrat Tom Ammiano, who defended this latest terrorism by the armed thugs of the capitalist class, the police, against the workingclass. Ammiano, at age 60 something, is now running for State Assembly. Apparently he never learned to spell retire. His support of gang injunctions, much less many other things, is sufficient cause to NOT vote for him.

The Green supervisor, Ross Mirkarimi, who is also interviewed defending this injunction, has a police background. From his website at:
http://www.robarnow.com/example_sites/rossforsupervisor/
"Never succumbing to convention but committed to influencing change from within, Ross enrolled in the SF Police Academy, became class president, and has since, worked at the District Attorney's Office, dedicating most of his time to stopping white collar crime."
In other words, Mirkarimi is a cop, by definition, no friend of the workingclass. We had better have a decent candidate for mayor in 2011 because we will not vote for Mirkarimi for mayor or anything else.

According to the SF Chronicle, 9/18/07, at:
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2007/09/18/MNBKS8JMD.DTL&hw=gang+injunctions&sn=001&sc=1000
these gang injunctions are opposed by the Public Defender, Jeff Adachi, who said: "...his office has already received reports that police are engaging in racial profiling of young Latinos in the Mission, including members of the Community Response Network. Herrera's office has argued in court filings that these claims are "hyperbolic" and "self-serving." "

"Adachi also expressed concern at the scope of the injunctions Herrera is seeking against alleged Norteño gang members in the Mission and alleged members of three gangs in the Western Addition."

""Is it going to give police power to stop anybody who's wearing red?" Adachi asked, referring to the Norteños' gang color. "I have a red tie on today. If my name is on a gang injunction, am I going to be thrown in jail because I have a red tie?""

City attorney Dennis Herrera illegally invalidated the petitions signed by 33,000 San Francisco voters to put the Newsom-Pelosi-Lennar Gang's gentrification of the predomiantely African-American Bayview Hunters Point on the 2007 ballot. Thus, we now have a candidate for mayor against election fraud "mayor" Gavin Newsom, namely Dr. Ahimsa Sumhai. See
http://www.ahimsa4mayor.com/

This apparently is part of Dennis Herrera's possible campaign for mayor in 2011. This is the stench of the Democratic Party of San Francisco, the same criminal gang that actively supports the strafing of San Francisco during Columbus Genocide week by the Navy's Blue Death, having invited them here in 1980 when Democrat Dianne Feinstein was mayor. See Newsom's August 13, 2007 press release defending this nightmare, opposed by all people over age 40 and all educated people under age 40, the regular voters:

Gang injunctions do not stop violence in the workingclass communities; only decent paying jobs can solve that problem. These gang injunctions are a fascist tactic to terrorize the entire workingclass and in this country, are a racist state lynch mob tool as well. The gang that is the real problem and is the biggest gang in San Francisco is the San Francisco Democratic-Republican Party and their street gang, the San Francisco police, all agents of the capitalist class. We get that reminder every day with the increasing gentrification, the failure to tax the rich residents and employees from outside SF who make over $200,000 a year and profits of large corporations in the Financial District to pay for a decent bus system instead of increasing fares for less service, the high rents, the lack of decent paying jobs, and the annual strafing of San Francisco during Columbus Genocide week, the last being a screaming ad to never vote for any Democrat or Republican at any level of office, coming just 4 weeks before election day, November 6, 2007, when you can vote for Dr. Ahimsa Sumchai, Yes on B,E and K and No on all the rest, and get ready to vote for Cindy Sheehan for Congress in November 2008. NO GANG INJUNCTIONS; PROMOTE DECENT PAYING JOBS FOR ALL NOW.
