Environmental Impact Report(EIR)
The City will hold a public scoping meeting. It is a very important opportunity for us to air our environmental concerns about this project. The City asks that scoping comments should focus on issues and alternatives to be studied, not on expressing a preference for a particular alternative.
The City asks that written comments should focus on identifying specific environmental impacts to be evaluated during the EIR process, and on suggesting project modifications or alternatives that would be less environmentally damaging while achieving similar project objectives.
Written comments are due by Friday, Sept 21 at 5pm, and can be sent to:
City of San Rafael
