Open Call for Autonomous Direct Actions Sept.11th
A call to action, from citizens to other citizens. We have fallen under a spell of fear, deception, and apathy.
This September 11th, 2007 will mark the 6th anniversary since the U.S. government used a horrible tragedy as an excuse to launch a unending war of terror and crack down on dissent at home. It is time to say no more. It is time to take action.
This September 11th, 2007 will mark the 6th anniversary since the U.S. government used a horrible tragedy as an excuse to launch a unending war of terror and crack down on dissent at home. It is time to say no more. It is time to take action.
GENERAL STRIKE SEPT. 11th - NO WORK, NO SCHOOL, NO SHOPPING.
It is not about a single issue. It is not an anti-war protest, a civil rights protest, an election fraud protest. It is not about torture, surveillance, corporate media, deportations, or the environment. THIS STRIKE IS ABOUT ALL THESE ISSUES AND MORE.
We all have different concerns, but we all have the same concern: we are being lied to and this government refuses to listen and is taking us down the road to despotism. Join other Americans in demanding truth, justice, and accountability.
For just a minute, pretend you aren't a jaded over-stimulated citizen from an over-developed country. For just a minute, pretend you really believe in something deeply - enough to not just post a response online but enough to get out into the streets, enough to act on it. The time has come to say NO MORE to the Bush Regime.
Meet in downtown Santa Cruz 12noon.
Bring: Signs/banners, food to share, a friend, instruments, memorials, etc.
Things to do before September 11th:
- make extra signs/banners
- convince a friend to join you in the strike
- convince a local business to close its doors the day of the strike
- organize your own music/pink bloc/street theatre affinity group.
- download a flyer at http://www.strike911.org and make as many copies as possible
Converge on city hall 6pm.

It's sad how nominally progressive or even radical people are going to immediately scoff at this call to action simply because it's supported by what's been labeled the "conspiracy crowd." What does it fucking matter at this point? Do we, as activists, not have a shit load of grievances against the Bush Regime? What better day to speak out than on the very day the government uses to legitimize its ceaseless attacks abroad and undermine freedoms at home? Are you gonna wait for the AFL-CIO, Larry Flint, and Dennis Kucinich to endorse this before you consider it legit?
Are you really that petty (lazy?) - Seriously, this is the same kind of tunnel vision thinking that demands scorn of the volunteers for ANSWER events and assumes they're members of the Communist Party or something - how idiotic.
Personally, I don't really give a fuck if the Bush Regime is or isn't responsible for the terrorists attacks on September 11th no more than it matters whether or not the Nazis set fire to the Reichstag back in 1933 - what matters is how they used it as a pretext for war and cracking down on dissent abroad.
But enough talk - get off the internet, and start organizing.

People should be aware of the agent provocateur tactics being used by various police forces in order to discredit and smear anti-war and anti-colonial globalization protestors.
Just this week, protestors in Canada caught police dressed as 'Black Block' members trying to provoke violence - see the YOuTube video at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=St1-WTc1kow
The same thing happened at the UC protest, when undercover cops insitgated a violent situation, which allowed the University police to charge in and grab the 'ringleaders'
Read Alette Kindrick's narrative:
"That’s the one we want, get her!", is what I heard shouted at me from a cluster of cops. "What’s going on, what are you doing!" is what I had wondered aloud seconds before. I was at the megaphone when someone shouted that the regents were exiting, so I went to the rear of the building to check. In the short time it took me to return to the front, the cops had broken their line and scattered into the crowd. A few were grabbing at a shirt-less and bruised man. I saw this and in wondering aloud my confusion, caught the officers’ attention. I heard their call at me and next I knew, I was on the ground being forcefully dragged by the arms through the crowd; sustaining injuries I am still to this day treating."
Similarly, the 911 truth movement is just a covert attempt to paint anti-war activists as 'crazy nuts who think the CIA placed bombs in the World Trade Center' - another agent provocateur attempt.
Don't fall for it!

Uh, let's try and stay focused on the issue here - Protesting the long list of lies the government has subjected us to in the wake of 911 by not going to school, work, or shopping.
Drawing a parallel between Kendrick, Canada, and the Truth 911 folks is really stretching the credibility of the last poster. Pulease.
Everyone who wants to organize for this nationwide action is free to do so and should not feel like they have to justify themselves by a bunch of suspicious armchair internet activists. There aren't any magical strings being pulled here by the truth 911 folks - a general strike on 911 transcends their little nitch, anyone who thinks otherwise, has a serious case of AADD.

In what appeared to be a deliberate attempt to disrupt and smear a peaceful anti-war protest at Santa Cruz City Chambers last night, a number of members of the '911 Truth Movement' appeared after the event had begun and attempted to switch the topic from ending the Iraq war to a discussion of 'controlled demolitions at the World Trade Center on 911'.
The 911 Truth Movement is a well funded national campaign whose apparent aim is to discredit the anti-war movement by promoting ridiculous claims about robot controlled planes flying into the WTC, missles being fired at the Pentagon, and a 'faked plane crash' in Pennsylvania.
The members are secretive and refuse to state their real names or funding sources. They've promoted several films in the Santa Cruz area such as "Loose Change" and now "Terrorstorm" which are highly inaccurate and dishonest.
For a very good debunking of these ludicrous claims, please read Matt Taibbi's articles at

The Idiocy Behind the '9/11 Truth' Movement, By Matt Taibbi, Alternet, Posted September 26, 2006.
Please remember that there have been numerous attempts to infiltrate and disrupt antiwar gatherings by everyone from the University police to the Pentagon's TALON program which spied on hundreds of antiwar gatherings. See the ACLU spyfiles. The aim of these groups has been to infiltrate anti-war groups and prevent their message - end the Iraq war and bring the troops home - from being heard.
Let's explain the propaganda technique being used by this group: it's called transferance.
The last thing Republicans want the public to understand is that 9/11 was blowback - an effect of US intervention in the Middle East and Afghanistan over the past four decades (and longer) - and that Bush Sr. and many members of the current administration, such as Elliot Abrams, are directly responsible - OBL got his start in the US funded covert war in Afghanistan, and he got his money by blackmailing the Saudi Royals who are like family to GW Bush.
So, what Republicans did was to set up an astroturf group - the 9/11 Truth Movement - to create a ridiculous stuffed toy that politicians like Rudy Giuliani can bash at every opportunity. The 9/11 truth movement is like a burning rubber tire that can be hung around the neck of any person who raises the issues behind the war for oil in the Middle East.
Don't fall for their tactics!

Well? Who exactly is it that gets to decide what shows up on the front page of indybay, anyway? That 911truh stuff is garbage, as anyone who pays any attention to the issue should know. Who decided to give it central billing?
Just wondering.

And seriously, you need to check yourself. That one dude who got up and talked about how 911 was an inside deal was, yes, a tad rude as he hadn't signed up w/ your democratic Sam Farr bootlicking lackeys but he got off the mic soon enough - and might i ad, was followed up by more white men who wanted to have there say on other issues such as the City Council supporting a war contractor w/ the planned desal plant. I'd hardly call this a disruption or a smear - talk about paranoid.
I'm not defending the truth 911 folks - the idea behind a general strike is way bigger than that. But for you to claim that people should go about their business on 911 this year, as if, nothing happened, and that to do otherwise would only be playing into the conspiracy folks hands is really, really sad. Actually no, it's worse - it's divisive, petty, and truly is changing the topic.
Quit your whining, the only one being disruptive of an otherwise VERY NOBLE idea (e.g. using Sept.11th as a day of reflection, mourning, and yes, protest) is you.

This is why it's being run - and it's been pretty effective. The idea here is to portray anti-war protestors as nutcases who believe that the CIA planted bombs in the WTC, and that the Pentagon fired a missle at the Pentagon, and that there was a 'faked' plane crash in Pennsylvania.
This is a classic Karl Rove "Turd Blossom" strategy - portray your opponents as idiots or worse. The best way to do this is to infiltrate antiwar groups and then act like a wild-eyed lunatic in order to discredit them. This is precisely why the UCSC university police infiltrated Students Against War - in order to provoke a violent situation that allowed them to wade in with their billy clubs and grab the student leaders - whose names had already been conveniently handed to the police by their undercover allies.
If you don't understand this tactic, you should rethink being involved in any kind of activism at all.
P.S. What "MoveOn Person" are you?

not who called for the general strike. that is irrelevant.
clearly, "observer" is either: a) some kind of informer who's trying to redirect the issue of Bush's lies and a way to protest them on 911 to questioning who called for the protest in the first place; b) a middle class liberal with way too much time on their hands; c) a fool who believes that by taking a stand on September 11th and refusing to shop, go to work, or go to school they are being a conspiracy "nut."
that's the truth - plain and simple.

Come on - doesn't anyone recall CoIntelPro - the FBI effort to infiltrate, divide and destroy every single 60's-era organization, from the Black Panthers to Vietnam Veterans Against the War to Students for a Democratic Society to the American Indian Movement? Recall the tactics they used?
It's all archived at http://www.icdc.com/~paulwolf/cointelpro/cointel.htm
How about the JFK murder trial carried out by that Louisiana prosecutor? Recall how one of their witnesses suddenly started claiming, at the trial, that he fingerprinted his own daughter before she left home and after she got back in order to make sure she was the same person? That's a good trick for discrediting someone, isn't it?
So is claiming that thousands of members of the US military as well as New York City officials participated in some massive conspiracy involving planting bombs in the WTC, firing missles at the Pentagon, and making planes vanish out of thin air.
Jeez, if they had done all that you think they might have invented a list of IRAQI hijackers, instead of the 15 Saudi hijackers and 4 others who actually managed to carry out their psychotically clever suicide hijacking plans?
The complete list of FBI crimes compiled by the Church Committee is at
D. USING COVERT ACTION TO DISRUPT AND DISCREDIT DOMESTIC GROUPS
The 911truth movement is just the latest in a long line of attempts to smear and discredit activists who are opposed to the many (usually oil-related) foreign wars sponsored by right-wing interests in this country.

'observer' continues to put out bullshit about SAW on campus being 'infiltrated.' Trying to scare people off, are we? Yeah, administrators, cops and the Pentagon have done a lot of stupid shit, but anonymous individual(s) going around shouting 'cops have infiltrated SAW' is not only bullshit but a scare tactic that should be easily spotted. We know the PD is a big fan of Indymedia.
As for this 911 strike stuff.. it is a legitimate question to ask who is sponsoring it. We need to be careful of folks like the RCP and others.. do you really want someone else speaking for you? As for the idea of a general strike.. if that's what you're really interested in, you should be making inroads with workers first.. not students and business leaders. The idea of a business-fueled general strike is ludacris.

Thank you comrade (oops! did I say the "c" word?) - There is no doubt that getting unions (and students) involved in a general strike is imperative to its success. However, as you're probably aware, there aren't very many radical labor unions these days, and of those that are, they do not have the muscle that they had a 100 years ago. This is coming from someone who IS in a union and has been involved with labor organizing longer than SAW has been in existence.
The truth is, there hasn't been a successful general strike since probably 1934 - and that was only in a single city (San Francisco) and what followed was in the simplest terms, all out class warfare. Before this, the closest things the United States ever had to a general strike was Eugene V. Debs Pullman strike back in the late 1890s.
Back then, some of the biggest issues, besides just the right to organize, were achieving the 40 hour work week, and ending the wage system (Wobblies) - A very far cry from the immigrants rights and healthcare battles of today. This is not to say the latter two aren't incredibly important issues but to say they just lack a certain scope and vision for dismantling capitalism.
My point is, we are very very very far away from HERE, the Teamsters, the AFL-CIO (what's left of it), or even AFSCME getting behind something like not going to work, or school, or shopping on September 11th because of the deteriorating political situation in the United States. Hell, even at UCSC, which ostensibly has some of the most progressive labor unions, they've all given up their sympathy strike clauses. This is all to say, if you're going to wait for American organized labor to make a formal call for Bush to step down before you act, you're going to be waiting a long time.
Furthermore, if anyone here really bothered to read the call for businesses to act in solidarity, they'd understand that it is only within the context of 3 groups that need to act - customers, workers, AND businesses. All these groups need for once to act together if there's going to be any formidable action on Sept.11th.
But yeah, let's just keep talking about the shadowy figures behind the World Can't Wait coalition, ANSWER, and now, truth 911 peeps instead of considering the merit of protesting endless war, torture, surveillance, deportation, and Bush Regime lies on September 11th - Obviously, no right thinking "left" activists would support a "call for autonomous action" on September 11th lest there be a press release/website/flyer that the inner circle of hesitant/suspicious activists might interpret as "speaking for you."

It's pretty simple - the strategy here is to disrupt real anti-war activists by claiming that they believe that the CIA planted bombs in the World Trade Center.
If you really want to stop the war, you need to target the following institutions who promote the war:
1) Our corporate media, from the Santa Cruz Sentinel (endless pro-war editorials) to NPR (repeated the lies about Iraqi WMDs) to CNN (refuses to talk about the efforts by Exxon and Shell and Chevron and BP and Halliburton to control Iraqi oil) to FOX news (obvious pro-war propaganda center). If you want to take some action, occupy the Sentinel offices and let the world know what you think of corporate pro-war propaganda.
2) Wall Street, who is the main beneficiary of the oil war, and who controls the oil corporations and the corporate media and the entire Republican Party as well as at least 10% of the Democratic Party. (Hillary and Feinstein, but not Edwards). How about a protest that occupies all the gas stations in town? Chain yourself to the gas pumps - that'd get a response! Chevron is importing and refining Iraqi oil, so maybe they should be targeted. CalPERS is also heavily invested in the likes of Exxon and even FOX news.
3) Military recruiters, who continue to lie to recruits about the realities of military service in this time of incredible government corruption. Here is the local recruiter station.
(CAPITOLA, 2121 41st ave, ste 207, capitola, CA 95010 831 - 464-0461)
Call your Congressmember and ask them to support the Student Privacy Act of 2007 which keeps recruiters from accessing high school student's private info.
As far as Students Against War, they've been infiltrated by University Police, spied on by the Pentagon, targeted by the FBI - but they got the recruiters out of UCSC! Now that's action worth taking! However, the UC is still in bed with Iraqi war profiteers like Bechtel - SAW should now go after UC investments in war profiteering.
Finally, remember that this war was all about controlling Iraqi oil - and unless the US gets off foreign fossil fuels, you'll see more and more wars in the future. The only long-term solution to these oil wars is clean renewable energy - solar, wind and biofuels.
Get to work, and ignore the agent provocateurs!

As a result of the determined action of SAW members and the ACLU, the Pentagon was forced to close it's TALON program:
http://www.csmonitor.com/2007/0828/p02s01-usju.html
"That's when antiwar activist Kot Hordynski discovered the Pentagon had a file that listed his group, Students Against War, as a credible threat. The reason: It had organized a rally of 300 to 400 students who protested the presence of military recruiters on campus in April 2005....
The experience inspired Mr. Hordynski and his group to redouble their antiwar activity, but also to work to expose the Pentagon's database on US citizens. With the help of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and dozens of other peace organizations, they eventually forced the Department of Defense to release thousands of pages of files it had kept on peaceful antiwar activists."
Right on! However, the Pentagon couldn't have done this without the active participation of the University of California police and administration, as well as the FBI liaison officer to the University. Yes, they've got undercover cops posing as student activists - and these undercover cops are probably doing things like trying to instigate violence, as well as gain leadership roles in SAW. This happened in Oakland too:
OAKLAND: Police spies chosen to lead war protest
However, now you've got them on the run. SAW should demand that the University Police Chief, Mickey Aluffi publicly renounce the use of undercover police to spy on student activists. If you uncover one of these creeps, you will be real heroes!
Also, get rid of the stupid black handkerchief masks. One, they don't keep you from being identified, and two, they allow known undercover cops to hide in the crowd. Any violent actions taken by undercover cops posing as SAW members just give the uniformed cops an excuse to wade in and beat and arrest people like Alette Kendrick.

Right on! "If you really want to stop the war, you need to target the following institutions who promote the war:
1) Our corporate media, from the Santa Cruz Sentinel (endless pro-war editorials) to NPR..... If you want to take some action, occupy the Sentinel offices and let the world know what you think of corporate pro-war propaganda."
In one breath "observer"calls for people to "occupy the Sentinel offices" and in the next breath is telling people to read the SF Chronicle article "OAKLAND: Police spies chosen to lead war protest"
I think that "observer" should have done his homework...
The Spymaster's Tale
From the Port Protests of 2003 (April 7 & May 12): A cop told a story; the SF Chronicle printed it; some people believed it; Z Magazine investigated it.
by Daniel Borgström
Z Magazine, Oct 2006
NO SPY STORY should be taken uncritically, least of all when it comes from a spymaster who's still in the business. The spymaster in this story is Oakland's Deputy Police Chief Howard Jordan, who told the ACLU that two undercover Oakland police officers had infiltrated an antiwar demonstration at the Port of Oakland on May 12, 2003.

Your linked article has the story wrong. Howard Jordan didn't 'tell the ACLU' anything - it was a sworn deposition in ILWU vs. City of Oakland. The story I linked to got some facts wrong as well. Here is an excerpt from the actual report from the International Longshore Workers Union and the ACLU:
“The police want to know about the events, but rather than meeting with the protestors, they’re infiltrating,” Heyman said. “And this provides fertile grounds for agents provocateurs. If there was something thrown at police, just who threw it?”
Let's look at what happened at the SAW protest that kicked the military out of UCSC:
http://www.santacruzsentinel.com/archive/2006/April/12/local/stories/01local.htm
(Roger Sideman)
"Tuesday's arrest occurred away from the job fair as the recruiters were departing in a van. While a campus police officer was videotaping a person throwing rocks at the van, a student blocked the camera and was cited for interfering with police duties, said campus spokesman Jim Burns. The student was released pending charges from the District Attorney's Office, Burns said."
Who was throwing rocks at the van, and why weren't they arrested? That person was likely an undercover cop trying to instigate a violent response from the police - which is why the cops never followed up on the case. The person who was arrested was simply videotaping the cop with the video camera - he wasn't 'interfering' in anything.
http://www.indybay.org/newsitems/2006/04/11/18146981.php
There we have photos of the guy who was arrested... who was not the one who was throwing rocks! (Take a good look at the guy with the cap, bandana and bullhorn in the 'circle A' photo!)
Classic police stunt - use an undercover cop to provoke violence, and then go arrest peaceful observers. THe 911truth movement is just a similar tactic aimed at discrediting anti-war protestors - the goal in both cases is to label protestors as violent or as lunatics.

stop with the scare tactics. the 'circle a' person you point to wasn't a cop. there was no cop that threw a rock.
what's your motivation for consistently distributing these lies?
what's your motivation for consistently distributing these lies?
The fact of the matter is the University and local police were spying on anti-war protestors in collaboration with the FBI, the NSA, private telecoms like ATT and Viacom, and the Pentagon.
They are also using CoINTELPRO-type tactics to infiltrate and disrupt anti-war activist efforts. This is all highly illegal, and people should start collecting evidence they can use to get those involved fired from their positions of authority.
Where do they get these spys from? From the local undercover drug cop networks - these guys do not look like cops, some of them are white guys with dreads, others have tattoos - and they are just about as rotten as can be.
The Santa Cruz City Council refused to revise their guidelines on the use of undercover cops after the recent expose - for example, undercover cops are allowed to engage in sexual relations with potential targets - talk about a Gestapo state!

"In response to an ACLU Public Records Act request, the Santa Cruz Police Department has produced over 200 pages relating to their undercover infiltration of a peaceful New's Year's parade group known as Last Night Santa Cruz. Though the documents produced were incomplete in relation to the Public Records Act request, they portray a department with little concern for the privacy rights of peaceful community members and a seeming disdain for the use of diplomacy as investigation technique.
For seemingly no reason, members of the "undercover duo" who were supposedly assigned to find out what the New Year's parade was going to entail, took the names and birthdates of peaceful perceived parade organizers and documented details of a peaceful demonstration -- completely unrelated to the "Last Night Parade" -- that took place in front of the GAP over the holiday season."
See a pattern of behaviour here?

The guy who runs 911 Truth for Northern California has apparently made a bunch of money off the bumper stickers those of us in "progressive" communities all know so well. Gabriel Day is his name. Take a look at a "protest-mobile" sometime, you'll notice that many of the most popular stickers were made by Day's "Peace Resource Project".
http://www.alternet.org/story/11863
"Day, however, remains unfazed. "The worst thing I can do is overproduce and they get bin Laden's head on a stick ... Then this whole thing will be over, right? But you know, my friend said, 'Oh, just put it in your attic, there'll be another war in ten years. You can sell it then.' And you know, he's right."
The Peace Profiteers

The "peace industry," as one could call it -- the manufacturers of anti-war buttons, T-shirts, and bumper stickers -- is booming.
he war industry isn't the only sector of the economy that's benefiting from the United States' assault on Afghanistan. The "peace industry," as one could call it -- the manufacturers of anti-war buttons, T-shirts, and bumper stickers -- is placing big bets on a dramatic upswing in business, after the booming peacetime economy of the last decade almost did them in.
"In the Nineties, everything was going good in the economy. The Soviet Union collapsed, America didn't have any enemies," explains Gabriel Day, head of Arcata, California-based Resources for Peace, one of the three big sticker-and-button producers that virtually control the leftist self-expression market. "We dropped from grossing $650,000 in 1990 to less than $100,000 in 1996. I had to cut my staff back."
But as soon as Day learned that the U.S. military was mobilizing, he knew that could all change, and fast. So he swung into action, ordering 40,000 extra button parts, nearly a thousand extra blank tee shirts, more ink. He doubled his staff, and hired a new production manager to handle the extra work.
Day is going on past experience: when Operation Desert Shield started ten years ago, his company was bombarded with more orders than they could fill. "In the Gulf War we got hit so hard with orders we didn't have stuff to sell. We were working until midnight every night. Whatever stickers we had on the shelves that day would be gone the next." Within a month of the military mobilization under Bush Sr., Day's company saw an eightfold increase in sales.
Now, more than two months out from the terrorist attacks and more than a month out from the announcement that bombing had begun in Afghanistan, Peace Resources Project has seen their sales double -- a good improvement, surely, but nothing compared to the spike they saw during the Gulf War.
In part, the public's overwhelming support of the administration and the war may be hurting business. Resources for Peace has sold only ten of their once-ubiquitous "Question Authority" bumper stickers in the last two months.
Day, however, remains unfazed. "The worst thing I can do is overproduce and they get bin Laden's head on a stick ... Then this whole thing will be over, right? But you know, my friend said, 'Oh, just put it in your attic, there'll be another war in ten years. You can sell it then.' And you know, he's right."

Question: "If you just need an excuse to assume authoritarian powers, why fake a plane crash in Shanksville?"
Reply: I don’t think it was just a crash. Word is that it might have been shot down by the government. Why would they shoot it down? Because it was heading for the White House as we all know! We’ll that brings up the question “then why couldn’t they shoot down all the other flights before they crashed into those buildings killing thousands of innocent people“? Because the White House is more important. Why? because the White House is for the President who is the most important man in the United Sates and needs to be there as a representative of the ruling class. Why….you mean we’re just nothing but worthless civilians to them? Well duh! What a double standard that is. A double standard indeed it is. That’s a possible scenario that I’ve been hearing everywhere. If found out to be true, there will be hell to pay for they could have saved the lives of everybody in those buildings but chose not to for some other motive. The government has always been full of double standards for evil agendas so it doesn’t surprise me why people would think this.
NORAD & DICK
What is the motive for allowing those other planes to hit there targets? Was this another power grab tactic? While I believe all flights were hijacked by Militant Arabs I also strongly believe that criminal elements from with in the government were complicit.
I know nothing for sure about the WTC buildings being rigged with explosives or the Pentagon being hit with a missile but I do know that those planes should have been shot clear out of the sky before they reached there intended targets. It is the responsibility of NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense Command) to make sure all flights do not go off course and are shot down if they do not turn the plane around. That is actually protocol. So why weren’t those planes shot down? HAHAAAA! Dick Cheney is the clue as to why. Dick Cheney took over NORAD that morning and gave them the order to stand down which means “DO NOT SHOOT DOWN THOSE PLANES”. Why would he do such a thing? Remember this is the same man who uttered the words “absent is a cataclysmic event that will enable us to democratize the Middle East” so I think that about answers the question.
The following Quote is from: http://www.care2.com/c2c/share/sharebook?tag=norad&pid=911530155
“September 11th, 2001 - 9/11 - was the ONLY time in THE ENTIRE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES, that NORAD, our Air Defense System, was put on STAND DOWN. That is UNPRECEDENTED.
There was ANOTHER UNPRECEDENTED THING about NORAD on that day. NORAD WAS NOT UNDER MILITARY CONTROL. NO General, no officer, no-one at the Pentagon, was IN CHARGE OF OUR AIR DEFENCE SYSTEM ON SEPTEMBER 11TH, 2001! NORAD had just recently been put under non-military control -- under WHOSE control, then? UNDER DICK CHENEY'S CONTROL, THAT'S WHOSE CONTROL.”
All of this was done for 1 reason. With a death toll great enough the Neo-Conservative Think Tank (Project for a New American Century) would have the perfect pretext to unleash an attack upon American civil liberties and carry out a brand new crusade in the Middle East all in the name of “liberation". Liberation my ass, that’s a bunch of bullshit because in every American adventure, money most if not always takes precedence over liberty. Remember that! America is not just a country, it is a corporation made of many corporations. Iraq is the number 2 oil resource in the world and proof has shown that Iraq had nothing to do with 911 even though they tried to blame it on Iraq so the reason for being in Iraq is obvious. The American people wouldn’t accept the true reasons for a war with Iraq. 911 was good but not good enough by it self and that’s why they had to make up a lie about the Weapons of Mass Destruction. Knowing that the reasons given to us for going to war was a lie, what do you think is the real reason for going there and occupying the nation? Why do you think the Bush Administration ignores the wishes of most Americans to pull the hell out of there? Iraq is an oil goldmine and America is a corporation that wants to take it, own it, and sell it to the world with it’s own prices. With high energy costs we could use some of that oil. This is the mind set of the Bush Administration. America is desperately addicted to oil and in denial that it has become hostile to other nations as a result.
Question: “If you're using bombs, why fake a hijacking?"
Answer: THE HIJACKING WAS REAL BUT THAT DOESN’T RULE OUT GOVERNMENT INVOLVEMENT!
Question: "If the entire government apparatus is in on the scam, then why bother going to all this murderous trouble at all -- only to go to war a year later with a country no one even bothered to falsely blame for the attacks?"
Answer: Where the hell did you hear that? The claim is that there are "CRIMINAL ELEMENTS" in government which does not include everybody in government. Get the facts straight! "Entire government apparatus" hahahahaha! You’re killing me!
And this is to everybody?
It is a fact that the majority of Americans today already believe that the government isn’t being very frank with the people about the whole story of 911 and 55% of New Yorkers would like to have a new independent 911 investigation, thanks to the government making stuff up about it self to discredit threatening movements. hahahahahaha! So you see why the idea that these guys would make stuff up to ruin the image of anti-globalization and anti-war protestors is ridiculous. It has had the exact opposite effect. Lol!
Now that I have people’s attention how many of you believe that humans are the most intelligent life in the vast universe which brings up the question about UFO’s?
Who's flying these things:
A) Human Beings only, we are the only ones who are smart
B) Extraterrestrials only, they are way more advanced than humans
C) BOTH, humans & aliens are working together with our government and have the same technology in their possession.
If you picked C you are correct. The technological jump from jets to metallic disks could not be possible. Metallic Discs flying over at unconventional speeds from 0mph to 60mph and beyond, making dead stops to 0mph with out slowing down notably at Area 51 shows evidence of a partnership with a race of higher intelligence. All contradict the theory that our government is unilaterally operating these mysterious flying crafts.

It looks like NOTHING significant happened in Santa Cruz today.
I did not see ANY of this:
Meet in downtown Santa Cruz 12noon.
Bring: Signs/banners, food to share, a friend, instruments, memorials, etc.
Things to do before September 11th:
- make extra signs/banners
- convince a friend to join you in the strike
- convince a local business to close its doors the day of the strike
- organize your own music/pink bloc/street theatre affinity group.
- download a flyer at http://www.strike911.org and make as many copies as possible
I did not even see a flyer around Santa Cruz. If you call for a protest, at least have the decency to call it off if it is not going to happen.
Thanks for nothing.
