has filed his civil action in Federal Court against the City of San Francisco, with a jury trial set for February 19th, 2008. It's expected to last for three-five days
In October 05, Marlon Crump was savagely assaulted a gun point without a warrant by Mission PD in his SRO Hotel room, by infamous Officer Lozano and other rogue Mission precinct cops.
The "suspect" was later found to be considerably older and shorter than Brother Marlon.
The Crime :
