So you've finally had enough of the BUllSH*it from both parties and you're ready to mobilize a united national movement??
YOU can come help build the Iraq Moratorium, a national day of action on the third Friday of every month starting September 21st even if you've never done anything like this before!
Go to http://IraqMoratorium.org and take the pledge to break with your daily routine on the 3rd Friday of every month to take some action, alone or with others, to end the war and demand funding for human needs!
Find out how students, labor unions, spiritual communities, miltary/veterans, neighborhood and community organizations are organizing events and actions across the US around our points of unity: Troops Home Now! Fund Human Needs!
Find out how we intend to escalate these actions each month until the war ends, the troops come home, and funds for human needs are allocated.
Come and hear reports from out five working groups: Students/Youth; Labor; Faith Communities; Neighborhood/Community and Media.
Then join one of the working groups and become an organizer! Help us activate the 70% of us who want the troops home now but who've yet to do anything to make the politicians heed the will of the people.
Stand up and be heard! Join us to build the Iraq Moratorium.
