A court summary from a very complex hearing on setting reasonable
bail for Ray Boudreaux will follow. Meanwhile a hearing for Richard
O'Neal will be at 850 Bryant Street at 10 am in Department 23 on the
third floor. The reply by the attorney general to arguments for Ray
Boudreaux are scheduled to follow, possibly on Tuesday afternoon.
But, all the brothers were not in court - only Ray and Richard whose
bail motions were being made. The issue of all their presence was
briefly argued for and will be argued further at some point.
Please come to court morning and/or afternoon to support these
brothers. As always they looked strong and in good spirits.
Of note. The hearing was in Judge Moscone's regular courtroom, not
the high security courtroom that previous hearings were held in.
There were several deputies in court, but not the high security and
second security check as happened in the past.
