Sixty-two years after the United States dropped atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, we find ourselves still “In the
Shadow of the Bomb.”
Please join us on August 6 for a rally and direct action at Livermore Nuclear Weapons Laboratory, to commemorate the victims of nuclear bombs, from Hiroshima to the present, for the victimization continues as all aspects of the nuclear cycle go on all over the world.
-- We want to honor their suffering and speak up to demand that the U.S. acknowledge and apologize for what it has done.
-- We demand that the U.S. keep its part of the bargain and implement its NPT nuclear disarmament obligations.
-- We need you to speak up with us to make our message loud and clear.
