Dear Friend,
Please join us at Centro Legal de la Raza's Annual Dinner in celebration of The Youth Law Academy, on June 28th, at 6pm, at The Rotunda Building in downtown Oakland.
Dean Christopher Edley of Boalt Hall will be our dynamic keynote speaker.
Our honorees include:
*Mary Louise Frampton, Director of the Center for Social Justice. *Pablo Alvarado, Executive Director of The National Day Labor Organizing Network. *The ACLU's Immigrant Rights Project; and
*Rodrigo Sandoval, the first graduate of The Youth Law Academy. The first in his family to attend law school, Rodrigo received a full scholarship and is attending UC Berkeley in the fall.
We will have live mariachi, art, and an inspiring program.
My commitment to you is that you are left touched, moved, and inspired by the positive and transformative work of The Youth Law Academy.
To RSVP or for ticket, sponsorship, and program information, contact Lorena Garcia at 510.437.1554, ext. 112, or email lorenagarcia [at] centrolegal.org.
Siempre Adelante,
Patricia Petra Loya
