The delegation from the Vietnamese Association of Victims of Agent Orange arrived in San Francisco Saturday night, June 9, 2007 from Vietnam. They were met upon their arrival by many U.S. supporters including members of Veterans for Peace and members of the Vietnam Agent Orange Relief and Responsibility Campaign

These men and women have lived through and with Agent Orange poisoning, and have very important stories to tell. Come share their experiences, and support them in their effort to secure a measure of relief for their country from this blight of war, AGENT ORANGE.

FACTS:
*** 3 million Vietnamese people and hundreds of thousands of U.S. veterans and their families are affected by Agent Orange - a chemical weapon used by the U.S. government during the war
*** Agent Orange causes cancer and birth defects in hundreds of thousands of children.
*** Agent Orange continues to poison the soil and natural environment of Vietnam.
*** U.S. veterans and victims from New Zealand and Great Britain have been compensated but Vietnamese victims have not received a dime.
