WAR and Sustainability

Performance and Panel discussion on the intersections between War and Sustainability through the Education for Sustainable Living Program Speaker series. We will have a performance by members of Rainbow theater and other poets, followed by a panel discussion by Alan Richards (Environmental Studies professor) and Dennis Kyne (Iraq Veteran Against the War, http://www.denniskyne.com). Bring friends, family, yourself and QUESTIONS for the panel (and love to spread).

Sustainability is often seen as an interaction between environmental, socio-political, and economic elements, while looking at intra/interpersonal relationships and macro global relationships. So much more to say but at the very least it is not "just about the environment" as it is often assumed to be.
