Please join Stanford Blood Center and The Elephant Pharm for The Grateful Life, an event to celebrate healthy and sustainable living. There will be demonstrations, Elephant Pharm consultations, free blood pressure and hemoglobin testing, free food and live salsa music. You will have the opportunity to donate blood and/or register as a bone marrow donor. Free tie-dye t-shirts to all donors.
Residents can help save the Bay by bringing their mercury thermometers and outdated or unused medications to the event for safe disposal (no needles) and free thermometer replacement. Mercury thermometers should be double-sealed in plastic bags and medications should be in the original container with contact information marked out.
