The City of Berkeley hired a homeless czar from Washington D.C. to advise on what course the city ought to take, in regard to managing the chronically homeless, and the indigenous street people population in general. One of the recommendations was to STOP FUNDING the Berkeley Catholic Worker Breakfast Program.
