Massu and Bowen will discuss the influences that led to the development of the installation and share their story of working with the fascinating photographic archive of Beirut's Arab Image Foundation. El-Ariss, born in Beirut and now living in New York, will debut and discuss his video work about longing for home and family and the desire for security from afar. All three will engage in a conversation about the role that photography plays in cross-cultural dialogue today.
