Our group is now meeting every other week, the second and fourth Sundays of the month, at 7pm at the FMM infospace.
Continuing the themes of intergenerational activism and making the radical milieu family-friendly, April 22th we will be discussing the following articles from Issue #24 of Left Turn Magazine:
An Interview with the Bay Area Childcare Collective
– by Michelle Gerster and Josh Connor
Once Upon a Time in Brooklyn
– by Regeneración Childcare Collective
Please come with the article read and ready to discuss. If you are interested in investing in the whole magazine, we carry Left Turn at Free Mind Media and are open 3-6pm almost every day (give a call to 707 579-1605). As we decide in-group what we’ll discuss, please feel free to bring copies of any articles, essays or book excerpts you’d like to discuss with us. See you there!
