Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey at the Rally in the Valley

Congresswoman Lynn Woolsey spoke at the March 18, 2007 Rally in the Valley for Peace and Justice held in Fresno California. Woolsey spoke to a crowd of about 1,000 about why she opposes the war and occupation of Iraq. She introduced the first resolution calling for our troops to be brought home and convened the first congressional hearing on military exit strategies, and recently introduced H.R. 508 the Bring Our troops Home and Sovereignty of Iraq Restoration Act.
