Join us in urging Nancy Pelosi to vote No!
We are urging Nancy Pelosi to vote No on the Emergency War Supplemental (war funds) when it comes up for a vote on the house floor this week. The Emergency War Supplemental is another request by the President for more money to continue the war in Iraq, after so much bloodshed and loss, isn't it time to end the Iraq war and bring the troops home.
This week is crucial and we ask that you join us!

CAMP PELOSI
CODEPINK Women for Peace, Pelosi constituents and peace activists have maintained a 24-hour vigil outside of Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco house - now on its 10th night - to tell her to vote for peace!
We are planning to close the round the clock vigil after the Emergency War Supplemental vote is cast, but as a culmination of our efforts to stop the funding of the Iraq war, we will have a non-violent civil disobedience action at 6:00pm the evening after the vote is cast either Thursday or Friday.
For information about this action contact Toby (707) 237-4852 or visit us at the 24-hour vigil located at 2640 Broadway (btwn Divisadero and Scott) in San Francisco.
