FULLPOWER Introductory Full Force Workshop

KIDPOWER TEENPOWER FULLPOWER International is offering a full force self defense workshop on Sunday, April 29th from 10:00 am - 2:30 pm. In this upbeat active one-day program, students learn and practice skills for dealing with verbal attack and harassment as well as assaults from strangers and acquaintances. The class is designed to be fun and interesting and appropriate for the life situations and experiences of adult women. This workshop is offered in conjunction with our international instructor-training program. All classes are lead by expert instructors who create a safe and supportive learning environment. Instructors will be assisted by instructors-in-training from around the world.
