Immigrants Stories of ICE Raids Terror

The following stories of raids against immigrants by ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) were written by English as a Second Language students in the Bay Area:

The O. family was a victim of ICE roundups. Mrs. O. was ready to commute to her work when Immigration agents stopped her and asked about some person. The agents said that they were police officers, but they didn’t show her any ID. Mrs. O. answered, “I don’t know any person with that name.”

Then the agents asked her many other questions. She said, “I don’t speak a lot of English, let me ask my husband.” She tried to go inside her house, but the ICE agents held the door and went inside. The agents were beginning to search for more people in the home. They opened the door to every room. In the house were two children and Mr. O. who were asleep. They awoke afraid because the agents turned their lights on the children’s faces.

Mr. and Mrs. O. were arrested and the children were almost taken to Child Protective Services. Mr. O. called some relatives who came to take care of his children. Mr. and Mrs. O. were transported to Immigration Offices in San Francisco and they were put in jail. Then they were transferred to Tucson, Arizona. Mrs. O. said, “It is terrible to stay in jail. I didn’t get any good food. The officers took off all of the arrested peoples’ clothes. We couldn’t keep our own underwear. We just wore small underpants and a top of a linen bra. This was really hopeless and disconcerting because I didn’t have any communication with anybody… I didn’t know what was happening with my children, my husband or myself.”

When Mrs. O’s family put up the bail, she was released from jail during the night. The agents just left her at the bus station in Tucson. This was terrible because she didn’t have any money. She was afraid. She sold her earrings to get some money to take a taxi and spent the night at the Arizona airport, while she wanted for her brother to drive from San Pablo [in California] to pick her up.

I was listening to a history of one person, who was living in Richmond for many years. He went in his bicycle early in the morning to work. He never imagined that this day would be the last day he would look at his family. I don’t remember the street it happened, but the ICE stopped and asked a lot of questions. He told them the truth about his immigration status. They took him and brought him to the ICE truck. He was sent to the jail in Martinez. He was deported to Mexico in 2 weeks. His family is too afraid and worried because their rights were violated and they do not know what to do.

*****

I’m writing this story because of the panic we are living in about immigration. My friend, Maria and one of her daughters of 6 years old are in trauma. On Wed. January 31st at 6 p.m., my friend was surprised by many police saying they have a warrant and because of fear, she didn’t open the door of her apartment that she was renting. They broke down the door. They entered her apartment and searched everything. They asked, “How many people live here?” and they wrote down their names. Then they said to my friend, “We give you a few weeks to empty your apartment and go.” What is your advice in these cases to the people with the same situation? How long is it going to take to disappear the psychological trauma of this 6-year-old child? Until when are we going to live without persecution?

My friend's cousin was just deported a week ago. He had been in the USA for many years and had bought a house with some of his relatives. He had recieved a notice of deportation and was tring to find out how to fight it or if he should just pick up and go back to Mexico. Then at five in the morning there was a knock on his door. They said the were police. when he opened the door the said they were ICE and that he had to come with them. He was in his pajamas. With in 24 hours he was in Mexico, in a city he had never been to. Luckly his family in the USA could buy him a plane ticket to get to his home town.

Day Laborers Speak Out Against Raids

Day laborers and their supporters held a press conference December 15 at the San Francisco Day Laborer Center to speak out against raids by Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on six Swift and Company meatpacking plants in Colorado, Nebraska, and other states Dec. 12. Over one thousand workers were arrested in the raids. The San Francisco workers expressed outrage that workers had been detained, and some deported, while their children were left behind in school, separated from their families.

Day laborers also expressed concern that the arrested meat packing workers were being described as criminals guilty of identity theft. “We’re not criminals, we are here to work,” said Arturo Gavilla, a volunteer coordinator at the Center. “Many people die traveling north from Mexico, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala to find work. We are laborers, carpenters, and domestic workers. We uphold the economy.

“The president should live in the desert himself with the fear of losing his children,” Gavilla said. “I can say this because I’ve lived it.” Gavilla and others spoke about the hardships facing immigrant workers and the efforts by the SF Day Laborer Center to organize workers, establish programs to train workers to be leaders and organizers, improve working conditions, and educate immigrant workers about their rights.

The Center is part of the National Day Laborer Organizing Network (NDLON), which is the largest association of worker centers in the country and serves as an umbrella organization for more than 40 of the worker centers. The AFL-CIO forged a partnership agreement with the NDLON in August “that will pave the way for AFL-CIO central labor councils and state federations and NDLON’s day laborer worker centers to work together on issues ranging from workplace rights to immigration reform to health and safety and other job-related concerns,” according to the AFL-CIO.

“The work being done by worker centers and NDLON in particular is some of the most important work in the labor movement today, and it’s time to bring our organizations closer together,” AFL-CIO President John Sweeney said in announcing the pact. “Through this watershed partnership, we will strengthen our ability to promote and enforce the workplace rights for all workers—union and non-union, immigrant and non-immigrant alike.”

Some of the goals of the partnership include comprehensive immigration reform that support workplace rights and includes a legalization program with a path to citizenship and political equality; combating anti-immigrant, anti-worker legislation such as H.R. 4437 that seeks to criminalize workers; and drafting and promoting alternative legislation to advance a positive approach to comprehensive immigration reform.

The AFL-CIO also hopes to support and defend day laborer worker centers in order to establish and maintain better labor standards and working conditions for all workers, while developing educational programs to inform NDLON members, AFL-CIO members and the public at large about the challenges facing both day laborers and the unionized workforce on such issues as health and safety, wage and hour enforcement and other workplace protections of importance to both communities.

Representatives from the AFL-CIO recently met with leaders of Bay Area Central Labor Councils and the SF Day Laborer Center to talk about specifics of the partnership.

Gabriel Garcia, who said he had lived and worked in many states, said that day laborers were just like other workers—“We’re trying to make a better life and support our family. We need better working conditions, access to a bathroom, a larger building [for the day laborer program].” He said that immigrant workers were being scapegoated and seen as terrorists who cross the border to take away jobs. “Cesar Chavez taught us that we are not terrorists, we are workers,” he said.

Teresa Molina, a domestic worker who is active with the Center’s women’s collective, said “I am outraged at the corrupt government actions in the recent arrests. Saying we are criminals is a big lie. The government has forced us to come here to work by taking away what little we have there. We are just trying to live and we are constantly thinking about how we can help this country.”

Molina said the raids and deportations of Swift meatpacking workers was a violation of basic human rights. “They only care about getting rich off of our sweat,” she said.

Also speaking at the press conference were supporters form the community. Fran Taylor said that while some of the day laborer center’s neighbors were opposed to having workers in their neighborhood and opposed siting a porta-potty near where workers gathered, she supported the center and its efforts to help day laborers. “Opponents of the Day Laborer Center are scapegoating immigrants for problems here, but those problems also exist in other neighborhoods where there are no day laborers,” Taylor said. “In the recent raids they blamed the workers for identity theft, but who is really guilty of identity theft? Our government has stolen the identities of these workers through NAFTA, CAFTA and globalization.”

The raids on Swift by ICE were put into context in an article by journalist David Bacon on The American Prospect’s website. Bacon pointed out that immigrant workers at the Cintas laundry chain and Smithfield pork processing plant had been fired over Social Security number discrepancies. Coincidentally, UNITE HERE has been supporting and trying to unionize Cintas workers, while Smithfield, and Swift, are targets of union organizing drives by and the United Food and Commercial Workers.

“The Swift action follows months of ICE pressuring employers to fire workers whose Social Security numbers don't match the agency's database,” wrote Bacon. “These no-match actions have been concentrated in workplaces where immigrants are organizing unions or standing up for their rights.

“ICE rhetoric would have you believe these deportees had been planning to apply for credit cards and charge expensive stereos or trips to the spa. The reality is that these meatpacking laborers had done what millions of people in this country do every year. They gave a Social Security number to their employer that either didn't belong to them, or that didn't exist. And they did it for a simple reason: to get a job in one of the dirtiest, hardest, most dangerous workplaces in America. Mostly, these borrowed numbers probably belong to other immigrants who've managed to get green cards. But regardless of who they are, the real owners of the Social Security numbers will benefit, not suffer,” wrote Bacon, because the SSI taxes paid by the employers won’t be credited to the immigrant workers but to the original Social Security card holder.

Daniel Rosas, another volunteer coordinator at the Center, said he works to stop police harassment of day laborers waiting on street corners to be hired. He talked about the intimidation of workers by authorities and called the raids “an abuse of people just because they don’t have papers. We should be given an opportunity to get the proper social security numbers. The word ‘illegal’ does not exist. No wall, no National Guard will keep us out.” He called for amnesty for undocumented workers, saying, “They must accept us as workers in this country.”

I am sick and tired of listening to politicians praise Civil Rights activists like Martin Luther King jr. out of one side of their faces
while knowingly making a mockery of everything they stood for out of the other side, By allowing Child Protective Services
to violate every Constitutional and Civil Right low-income Families have without putting a stop to it, The Civil Rights Martin Luther King jr.
and others fought so long and hard for are meaningless in the eyes of the current administration if you are Poor...

Everybody talks about how the NSA/CIA is violating your civil rights by listening in on your communications.

But nobody is talking about America's Hidden Holocaust, the Destruction of Hundreds of Good and Innocent Low-Income Families by Child Protective Services...

Currently Child Protective Services violates more civil rights on a daily basis then all other agencies combined, Including the NSA/CIA wiretaping program...

Personally, I Do Not appreciate Child Protective Services using the Constitution of the United States as Toilet Paper in a Time of War, while the Good Men and Women of our Armed Forces are Fighting and Dying for It."

Currently out of control destroying innocent family after family CPS is snatching kids from good and innocent low-income families all over the U.S. especially in the small towns and in the very poorest neighborhoods, and we're not talking about kids who were going hungry or being abused either. Not physically or mentally or those Kids who belong to the "Crack Family Robinson", but for "simple neglect" No Less, [ MESSY HOUSE SYNDROME ] " Basically the lack of a dishwasher." CPS makes no distinction between poverty and neglect, the Individual States makes a fortune in federal dollars off these Kids, check this out From the House Committee on Ways and Means...

Child Protective Services [C.P.S ] is targeting specific families with limited set budgets, where child removal is commonly practiced for personal financial gain.

http://waysandmeans.house.gov/hearings.asp?formmode=view&id=2296

Statement of Cynthia Huckelberry, Redlands, California, and Sushanna Khamis, Yucaipa, California

OVERVIEW OF NEGATIVE IMPACT RELATED TO THE CURRENT CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE PROGRAM/REVISED:

Child Protective Services was designed to protect children and aid families that are in need of assistance in order to maintain the family unit. Unfortunately, today we are finding that C.P.S is targeting specific families with limited set budgets, where child removal is commonly practiced for personal financial gain. The lack of compassion exhibited by C.P.S caseworkers towards the impoverished children that they serve, further devalues their lives in the eyes of these caseworkers. Thus indicating, that a lack of understanding and caring related to the circumstances of these financially challenged families, creates further dissention, prejudicing these C.P.S workers from the very people they serve.

Within this document, the information provided will serve as an insight into the true source of the problems that plagues C.P.S today. Also, it will provide possible solutions that may be utilized to best serve a new restructured Child Protective Service Agency.

HOW C.P.S LEGALLY REMOVES CHILDREN FORM PARENTAL CUSTODY

C.P.S systematically removes children from their families, whom do not meet the criteria for removal, through vague and ambiguous interpretation of their own codes and policy and procedures. They are able to operate in this manner by selecting specific target groups.

The target groups that C.P.S has tagged are the poor, disabled, elderly, and the undereducated. Parents/guardians unfamiliar with the law, with limited or no financial means to secure impartial unbiased legal representation, blindly trust the courts. Therefore Child Protective Service is able to manipulate the court system to secure foster care or adoption status of these children for profit.

Example: Each child placed in foster care has an annual value of $30,000.

More monies are available, up to $150,000 dollars per child, for those that meet the special needs criteria. After 24 months- during the concurrent foster care /adoption process, placement becomes final, where upon an $8,000 dollar bonus is dispersed to the county from the State. This bonus money is then divided amongst individuals that enabled the adoption process to be completed. This is not necessarily a positive solution for these children, but a personal financial gain to workers. Thus, this leads us to believe that some of the decisions made by C.P.S officials serve only as a means to enhance their personal budgets.

Upon removal, C.P.S creates a plan for reunification that is designed to promote the family’s failure. These case plans do not allow the families the time needed to comply nor do they have the financial resources needed to meet the court assigned criteria. Unbeknownst to the families, the courts, lawyers, and C.P.S workers falsely interject foster care criteria when family criteria should be utilized. Workers may also place long-term program demands on the parents that purposely overrun the 24-month time period.

This then allows the state to complete the adoption process to outside individuals.

In other cases, failure to protect –WIC 300b was cited to obtain removal of the children, when the custodial parents acted protectively, in accordance to the law, after a crime was committed against one of their children. Currently all children from these cases remain in “protective custody” under the authority of C.P.S.

FAMILY COURT CUSTODY REMOVAL - PARENT ALIENATION SYNDROME

Let it be known, that Family Court officials regularly remove custody of children from one parent to another (usually mother to father), citing parent alienation syndrome. C.P.S agrees to serve as the tool to enable custody transfer, a corrupt process observed by the FBI. Where, in truth, caseworkers are never allowed to testify in family court under the cloak of C.P.S authority, due to possible misuse or conflict of interest related to the right to privacy laws. FBI Agent/Lawyer Brenda Atkinson- San Francisco can verify this information by calling her at (415) 553-7400.

Child Protective Service also submits false documentation so as to provide a supportive basis necessary to substantiate their decisions. Thus the truth is purposely obstructed altered or omitted to justify case plans.

In many cases, C.P.S has failed to investigate additional outside reports from various professionals and agencies such as children’s physicians, police agencies, school system, etc.

WHY DOES CPS SYSTEMATICALLY REMOVE CHILDREN FROM THEIR FAMILIES AND PLACE THEM IN FOSTER CARE?

Since Clinton enacted the adoption and Safe Families act in 1997, this has lead to widespread corruption within the child Protective Services Agency and outlying neighboring agencies. By systematically removing children from predominantly poor families, C.P.S is able to secure foster care/ adoption status for these children with little or no parental encumbrance.

Thus C.P.S victimizes those families that have no means available, to properly investigate C.P.S corrupt activities directed at their family.

Since Federal and state matching funds generate the budget for C.P.S, the single means utilized to elevate the budget is to increase foster care and adoption caseloads.

Bonus incentives for adoptions are currently $8,000 per child. $4,000 is given to the foster parents and another $4,000 is placed in a general fund, to reward workers for completing their job duties. Workers in this county, state that they do not personally financially benefit from this fund. Thus it leads us to believe, that other neighboring agencies are benefiting form this fund, in return for deceptive practices that support C.P.S decisions.

BABY TRAFFICKING

False Allegations of drug abuse have been logged against mothers and their newborn infants as a means to place these infants into protective custody. The hospital staff has allowed C.P.S to remove infants (a hospital violation) prior to verification of blood and urine drug screen tests. C.P.S is mandated to secure verification of drug allegations via blood and urine results, prior to removing the newborn infant from the hospital. All cases known to us resulted negative for the mother and the newborn, but these infants were never returned, and were adopted outside of kinship.

In the past year, the FBI has arrested and imprisoned C.P.S workers who were actively involved in baby trafficking for profit. These C.P.S workers knowingly abducted infants from the hospital where they in turn networked them into legal adoption agencies. Augustus Fennerty, FBI director for Crimes against Children (Washington D.C) can verify this information. (202) 324-3000

CHILD SEX TRADE INDUSTRY

Southern California FBI District has videotape recorded CPS workers placing foster care children onto planes via LAX, destination Europe for child sex trade industry. This can be verified through Ted Gunderson, (retired) FBI Director Southern California (310) 477-6565.

SEXUAL VICTIMIZATION IN FOSTER CARE

For the families in relation to our group in San BernardinoCounty, it has come to our attention while comparing similarities, that approximately half the children in foster care have been molested.

These children were not sexually abused by their parents, but by the foster fathers or others in the foster home. It was also noted that these foster homes are still operating in the same capacity prior to complaints, without any investigation into these allegations. C.P.S officials were made aware of these accusations by the children, but failed to follow through with a criminal investigation.

In conclusion, Child Protective Service is nothing more than an “oasis’’ for child molesters, to make a profit, while at the same time committing a crime, only to be protected by a malignant system that delivers a never ending supply of victims

SYSTEMATIC FRAUDULENT MANEUVERS UTILIZED TO ENHANCE C.P.S BUDGET

* C.P.S manufactures multiple nonexistent /fictitious abuse case scenarios to offset true statistical abuse case information.

* C.P.S concurrently processes these children from foster care to adoption, in order to obtain perverse monetary incentives in the form of bonuses.

* C.P.S provides a market to neighboring agencies and the courts (commissioners, psychologists, monitors, court mandated behavioral class instructors, court appointed legal counsel), in order for them to financially benefit from the foster care/adoption system.

* C.P.S victimizes innocent impoverished families, draws them into a corrupt system to utilize their children as pawns for commerce.

MALICIOUS OPERATIVE TECHNIQUES

* C.P.S is utilized by family court officials, as an adverse tool to extricate children from one parent to the other, with reference to “parent alienation syndrome”.

* Where, in truth, caseworkers are never allowed to testify in family court under the cloak of C.P.S authority, due to possible misuse or conflict of interest related to the right to privacy laws.

* C.P.S utilizes coercive measures to persuade parents to submit to statements of prior alleged abuse, when these actions were nonexistent. In other words, forcing desperate parents to “plea bargain” to a C.P.S fabricated crime, for the return of their children from foster care.

* C.P.S fabricates portions of investigations, where such duties have never been physically performed, to purposely mislead or direct a case.

* C.P.S knowingly abandons children into foster care, conscious of the fact that some foster care parents and or individuals in the home physically and sexually abuse the children in their protective custody.

* C.P.S intentionally fails to prosecute parents accused of child abuse, since in the majority of cases, no initial crime has been committed.

* C.P.S represents themselves in positive personas, by omitting, altering, and falsifying documents, so as to mislead the public and or government of their true actions as listed above. Thereby publicly grandstanding, displaying an inaccurate social martyrdom for the well being of children.

* C.P.S ignores crimes committed in foster care, such as the atrocious acts of unexplained deaths.

* C.P.S fails to question these individuals for their abusive conduct, whereby, if it were not a foster care parent, these individuals would be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

SHOULD CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE BE RESTRUCTURED?

The police should determine if a child has a true need for protection from his parents, since child abuse is a criminal offence. Thus, C.P.S should be incorporated with Crimes against Children Units that are currently located within police, sheriffs and FBI agencies.

The merging of the two would reduce the amount of false allegations reported, since complaints made to a police unit is a criminal offence. Also, the police have the training and resources needed to conduct a thorough investigation. This allows them to determine that if a crime has been committed that warrants the need for foster care.

A parent/guardian under the suspicion of the crime “Child Abuse” would meet the criteria for removal. This would activate the foster care system. Only then would the foster care system be utilized as a response to a possible or suspected crime.

Thus in turn, this would eliminate the unnecessary utilization of the foster care system that has been grossly misused in the past. Unwarranted victimization of children and their families would be greatly reduced and soaring costs would be contained. This would minimize the number of future cases that fall through the cracks and get lost in the system.

WHAT ROLE SHOULD THE SOCIAL WORKERS PLAY IN THE NEW CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE?

* All caseworkers must have a bachelor’s degree in social work from an accredited college.

* All states must create bachelor level licensing for social workers.

* All workers must have a current license to work within any state or county in the United States with reciprocity.

* All social workers must have a preceptor for at least three months prior to individual casework.

WHO SHOULD BE A MEMBER OF THE CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE TEAM WITHIN THE CRIMES AGAINST CHILDREN UNITS?

Other members from various agencies should be inclusive to this unit, since they bring their specific expertise to complete a proper investigation. It is our opinion that the following individuals who should comprise this team are as stated: Registered Nurse, School Principal, Detective, and Social Worker.

SHOULD AN OUTSIDE AGENCY SYSTEMATICALLY REVIEW THE CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICE TEAM’S PERFORMANCE?

All agencies must have an outside quality control board that monitors case investigations on a random basis and when requested by the public. This Board must include members similar to the Child Protective Service team, with the addition of an individual from the public. No member may be employed more than three years, to maintain the integrity of the boards’ unbiased decisions.

SHOULD WE MAINTAIN A CHILD ABUSE INDEX LIST?

The child abuse index list shall be maintained only when an individual has been prosecuted and convicted by a court of law for a crime against a child. Today’s said list shall be destroyed, so as to prevent harm to those currently listed who have been accused of a crime against a child, but that have never been prosecuted or convicted. And, children should never be placed on any list that would categorize them in an adverse manner, such as this.

SHOULD THERE BE NEW RULES AND REGULATIONS RELATED TO FOSTER CARE?

There should be a limited number of children allowed to be placed in any single home under foster care, including adoption. No single family shall be allowed to adopt or provide foster care to more than two children at any time. The only exception shall be when siblings number more than two and are placed in the same single dwelling. This will eliminate the financial incentive for monetary gain related to housing foster children and adoptions.

U.S. House of Representatives
Washington, DC 20515-0542

To our Honorable U.S. House of Representatives,

It is unfortunate that Child Protective Service officials have mislead the government into believing, that increased funding is necessary to solve the multitude of problems that encompass C.P.S. This agency is utilizing the funding issue as the scapegoat for their problems, when in actuality the workers themselves, the lack of their personal accountability, are the source of the problem. Further funding will not solve C.P.S’S current crisis, only the restructuring of this agency will provide a solution.

Sincerely,

Cynthia Huckelberry

a few dirty dishes, messy living room, too big a laundry pile next the washer and "Boom" there goes the kids, then the parents have to go through a living hell to get them them back, if they get them back, and all because there from a Poor low-income Family...

P.S. if you have a pet Dog, Cat, whenever your more likely to lose your kids if CPS investigate you...

Of course by this time CPS has violated just about every Constitutional and Civil rights the children, the parents, and even the taxpayers have especially if they are interrogated at school without a court order...

IT'S UNCONSTITUTIONAL FOR DCF TO CONDUCT AN INVESTIGATION IN ANY HOME AND INTERVIEW A CHILD WITHOUT EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES (IMMINENT "PHYSICAL" DANGER) OR PROBABLE CAUSE.

This also applies to the Illegal Interviews done at public school without the parents knowledge.
Question: How is a child in "imminent physical danger" when the child is at school?

The decision in the case of Doe et al, v. Heck et al (No. 01-3648, 2003 US App. Lexis 7144) will affect the manner in which law enforcement and Child Protective Services ("CPS") investigations of alleged child abuse or neglect are conducted. The decision of the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals found that the practice of a "no prior consent" interview of a child will ordinarily constitute a "clear violation" of the constitutional rights of parents under the 4th and 14th Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. According to the Court, the investigative interview of a child constitutes a "search and seizure" and, when conducted on private property without "consent, a warrant, probable cause, or exigent circumstances," such an interview is an unreasonable search and seizure in violation of the rights of the parent, child, and, possibly the owner of the private property. The mere possibility or risk of harm does not constitute an emergency or exigent circumstance that would justify a forced warrantless entry and a warrantless seizure of a child. Hurlman v. Rice, (2nd Cir. 1991)

A due-process violation occurs when a state-required breakup of a natural family is founded solely on a "best interests" analysis that is not supported by the requisite proof of parental unfitness. Quilloin v. Walcott, 434 U.S. 246, 255, (1978) End Note.

Other offenses committed against just about every one else's who's ever been involved with Child Protective Services.

Sec. 241. Conspiracy against rights

If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured - They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

Most of the children in foster care right now, were removed from their home for (neglect) something that **Might Happen** ( if left in a messy home the Kids might get Sick.)
"MESSY HOUSE SYNDROME". Instead of something that did Happen, like physical or emotional abuse or not having enough to eat and the statistics show that the children removed from their home for neglect would be far safer if you simply left them alone, then they would be in foster care or adopted out to someone where they are for more likely to be raped, murdered, physically or mentally abused or go hungry then in their own home...

the statistics show these children are far better off if you simply leave them alone, or offered in home support services, but the state doesn't receive any federal money if they do that, only for removing the children from their home...

Not to mention the fact that loving parents are committing suicide in unimaginable numbers nationwide because child protective services killed or injured there children and then shredded and bankrupted what was left of there families and sometimes the families of their friends and relatives as well...

DCF is the “moving force” behind the on-going violations of federal law and violations of the Constitution. This idea of not complying with the 4th and 14th Amendments is so impregnated in their statutes, policies, practices and customs. It affects all and what they do. DCF takes on the persona of the feeling of exaggerated power over parents and that they are totally immune. Further, that they can do basically do anything they want including engaging in deception, misrepresentation of the facts and lying to the judge. This happens thousands of times every day in the United States where the end justifies the mean even if it is unlawful, illegal and unconstitutional.
We can tell you stories for hours where CPS employees committed criminal acts and were prosecuted and went to jail and/or were sued for civil rights violations. CPS workers have lied in reports and court documents, asked others to lie, and kidnapped children without court orders. They even have crossed state lines impersonating police, kidnapping children and then were prosecuted for their actions. There are also a number of documented cases where the case worker killed the child. It is sickening how many children are subject to abuse, neglect and even killed at the hands of Child Protective Services. The following statistics represent the number of cases per 100,000 children in the United States and includes DCF in Connecticut. This information is from The National Center on Child Abuse and Neglect (NCCAN) in Washington.

Imagine that, 6.4 children die at the hands of the very agencies that are supposed to protect them and only 1.5 at the hands of parents per 100,000 children. CPS perpetrates more abuse, neglect, and sexual abuse and kills more children then parents in the United States. If the citizens of this country hold CPS to the same standards that they hold parents too. No judge should ever put another child in the hands of ANY government agency because CPS nationwide is guilty of more harm and death than any human being combined. CPS nationwide is guilty of more human rights violations and deaths of children then the homes from which they were removed. When are the judges going to wake up and see that they are sending children to their death and a life of abuse when children are removed from safe homes based on the mere opinion of a bunch of social workers.

that a planeload of 210 children from CPS was flown out of Denver, Colorado on November 6, 1997 to Paris, France.
Later a second plane of children also under the care of CPS was flown from Los Angeles to Europe. "CHILD SEX TRADE INDUSTRY"
I have also developed information through credible and reliable sources that in the past, children have been taken from Foster Homes,
orphanages, and Boys Town Nebraska, and flown by private jets from Sioux City Iowa to Washington D.C. for sex orgies with politicians.

We as parents, or young adults attending universities have a moral responable duty to pay attention to our Government, and its outlaying offices through Counties.

Immigration has been targeted through Childrens Protective services. Warning. If you are here illegally your children are in danger. You will be deported and your children taken away by CPS.
It's happening.

There is a market for money to be made through the Governemnt once your children are in the system. The federal Government has money reserved for needy families. This money is diverted to social services and corrupt social workers who "Pretend to do their job". Pretend for job security!

They Martyr themeslves, and misrepresent who they are in order to make themselves look important, and needed in a system so decayed, it is beyond repair as it is now.

Once your child is taken away from you, If your child displays emotional behavours which is traumatic enough being seperated from family, mother/father. A Social worker can or will order the foster parent to take your child to a Dr they have on file. A Dr who will medicate your child with psychotropic drugs. These drugs were designed for schizophrenics, or adults with very serious mental illnesses. When given to a child, the child can die. The child will develop serious behavioral problems induced by these very drugs they say is supposed to "Help" them.

The drugs cause homocidal behaviors, suicidal behaviors, despondency, deep depression.
hair loss, teeth loss. and cancer of the liver. The drugs are addictive, if suddenly taken off the meds, it can cause convuslions, seizures, and heart failure.

They lie, they say your child needed these meds because they had behavioral problems. when in fact the behavioral problems were brought on by being traumatized by being TAKEN away from family! The Social worker did that! not the parent. Now, because your child needs what they deem therapeutic foster care, your childs dollar value has just increased their budget because your child needs special care and medicine!

This now increases a dollar budget for Childrens Social Services.
The Dr who dispenses the meds. Especially the more addictive and hellucogenic, mind altering drugs. Is monitored by the Pharmaceutical company who makes the drugs. The Good Dr will receive a bonus check from them as a reward. or a paid vacation!

The Dr, The Social workesr don't have to sit with this child or children while they suffer with the effects of these deadly drugs. The Foster parent is handsonely rewarded, they receive an extra added bonus check besides a monthly foster parent check because this medicated child has "Extra" problems. To compensate the foster parent because this medicated troubled child has these extra problems "They created" They will pay the Foster parent extra moinies for this inconvenience. There now everyone is happy, right?

I call this "Consequentialism".

More children die in fotser care than at home with an elleged abusive parent.
More children have dissappeared in foster care and have been molested through the system while in the system , when they were supposed to be protected. taken into "protectiive custody"
They pay to campaign for their noble cause. Top dollar mind you to air commercials about how beneficial it is to be a foster parent! Thay have to, they are drowning in bad reputations. Its only a matter of time now.

let's kick this up a notch now.

CPS has been invcolved in black market babies for sale.
CPS has been criminally involved in leaving a child in such poor foster care, some have been tortured than murdered. Molested. sold into the sex trade industry to make more money for you criminals. Than you go home after a hard days work and have the audacity to grandstand about a job well done?

You hide behind the guise of anonynimity to "protect the child" really its to protect your identity from retaliation of where you might be living! and where your family is kept safe. Where your children are well cared for, and fed well. and treated good. but not that of the child you truned over to a stranger. I wonder what happen if these social workers children had the tables turned and their children were put on these drugs too.

Now, who owns these pharmaceutical companies people? Could it be Senators, silent share holders. who are also law makers? is this a never ending game of money being used to make them richer?

and yet, children born who are needy financially have become expendable to these parasites.
We all have to stick toigether people, no matter what color, what background. These children belong to all of us, they will be adults one day and be someones neighbor whom other children will play with as companions.

This responsability belongs to all of us. We need to close them down and rebuild a stronger CPS system.
