Strategies and Solutions Conference
San Marcos Resort in Chandler, Arizona, Feb. 23-25, 2007

PHOENIX, AZ. Phoenix-based 9/11 Truth of Arizona is sponsoring a conference to seek strategies and solutions to demand accountability for the crimes of 9/11. At the historic San Marcos Resort in Chandler, Arizona, a press conference will be held Friday, February 23rd, from 4 pm to 5 pm, prior to the main conference. The Conference will conclude late Sunday night, February 25th.

Featured speakers include Professor Steven E. Jones, Professor Peter Dale Scott, Dr. Bob Bowman, Professor Peter Phillips, and John Feal. Panelists and presenters include 9/11 family members, survivors, first responders, rescue workers, veterans, researchers, scientists, authors, filmmakers, grassroots organizers, media personalities, activists and concerned citizens from around the world.

"Five and a half years since the horrific tragedy of September 11. 2001, the 9/11 Commission Report and Recommendations have failed to address major unanswered questions. No one has been held credibly accountable for alleged ‘failures’ or deliberate, well chronicled lies, including the false reassurances about air and water quality that cost first responders their lives and their health." says conference organizer Kent Knudson.

Topics will be presented in the form of keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops and films in two categories: (1) Accountability or (2) Outreach, Education and Evidence.

A representative from the Vermont Initiative, Peter Garritano, will report on actions his community has taken to demand a real investigation of 9/11 on the ballot. Author Sander Hicks will discuss his recent efforts to get the New York District Attorney to investigate 9/11. Dr. Bob Bowman will address the subject of political action in his Sunday evening keynote speech.

New films will be showcased by their producers, including an Italian film- “Zero.” There will also be a Movie Marathon featuring some of the best 9/11 and related documentary films. Authors speaking include- Jim Marrs, Kevin Barrett, Peter Dale Scott, Peter Phillips, Webster Tarpley. Dr. Tom Tvedten will demonstrate how DVDs are copied with a mass duplicator and then distributed all over the world. Radio-Internet, community-access television, and other forms of “becoming the media” will be featured topics.

The Northern California 9-11 Truth Alliance is helping with the conference and many of will be going. Airfares are incredibly cheap right now- direct flights only $59 each on American West. Some people will be driving from Santa Cruz and San Francisco.

We have constructed an awesome prop- replica of the flawed 9/11 Commission Report for our San Francisco Tea Party for 9/11 Truth ( see http://www.communitycurrency.org/sfteaparty.html ) for more pictures, video and tv coverage of the action. We would love to get it to the Arizona Conference, but need a vehicle that could tow it (we're building a trailer for it). If you decide to drive to the conference and could help us- we would greatly appreciate it!
