"San Francisco Says No!" is a "Code Pink Women for Peace" protest, one of hundreds being organized nationwide in response to Bush's anticipated decision to send more troops to Iraq. . Code Peace invites everyone to this powerful opportunity to voice our opposition to more troops, death, and money wasted on this illegal and horrific war. Tell the Democratic majority to stop funding the war. Tell the Bush administration that the country wants peace and sane foreign policies. Meet at 6 p.m. and form a huge circle; bring candles/cups/matches for a candlelight vigil; read the names of Californians killed in Iraq; Code Pink will speak about their work to stop the war, close Guantanamo, and get Bush & Cheney out of office.
