DEC. 3 VENEZUELAN ELECTIONS: CARAVAN TO SAN FRANCISCO TO SUPPORT PRESIDENT HUGO CHAVEZ!

A DEMONSTRATION OF SOLIDARITY AND SUPPORT FOR PRESIDENT CHAVEZ. THIS IS ELECTION DAY WHEN VENEZUELANS WILL DECIDE WHETHER CHAVEZ STAYS OR GOES.

The Venezuelan Consulate is located at 311 California Street, San Francisco, CA 94104.

ATTENTION: The Demo in front of the Venezuelan Consulate will be held during the entire day Sunday from 8:00A.M. to 4:00 P.M. while the balloting is taking place inside the Venezuelan Consulate

People from Los Angeles who are willing to go with the caravan to S.F. are advised of three options: (1) assemble for departure with their own transportation at the Peace Center on Saturday, December, 2 at 2:00 P.M. located at 8124 W. 3rd Street, at Crescent Heights, just west of Fairfax, (2) for a very reasonable charge between $18 and $28 people can arrange for housing at the following international hostels in San Francisco: http://www.hostelbookers.com/hostels/usa/san-francisco/, and as a third option, people can depart the same Sunday, December 3, at 2:00 AM and go directly to the Venezuelan Consulate.

People from other areas in California or elsewhere are encouraged and welcome to join this supportive demo for President Chavez. All you have to do is show up with your signs, banners, Venezuelan flags, and most important with your bolivarian spirit of victory of President Chavez’s reelection.

MEANING OF THIS DEC. 3, 2006 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS IN VENEZUELA:
10 million votes and more from the will of the people in Venezuela on December, 3 will result the victorious re-election of presidential candidate Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias, democratically elected president by the in December, 1998 with 56 % and reelected him in July, 2000 after the adoption of the Bolivarian Republic's new Constitution with a 60% total. On an attempt to ousted Chavez the oligarchy got defeated during their two-days coup in April, 2002, and again during the 2002-03 crippling oil strike and during the August, 2004 recall referendum. Now the people of Venezuela on December 3, 2006 will tell the world: "this is our will, President Chavez will stay with us for long time, and we don't want anyone to intervene in our affairs or mess with us!"
