Dr. Debra Durham will share her extensive firsthand knowledge of the stark contrasts between the behavior of nonhuman primates in the wild and that of those locked up in laboratory cages. Dr. Durham has more than 10 years of field and laboratory experience working with nonhuman primates. She will discuss the Animal Welfare Act and show undercover video footage of primates in a U.S. laboratory.
