Friday Nov 17 at 7 PM - $5 gets you in for just the film - music follows with special pricing for both film and music (see below). Film presented by Shiny Object and Fools Foundation. Location: Fools Foundation - 1025 19th St, Sacto. 19th & K - in the alley, in the basement.

Timothy Leary's Last Trip - a film by A.J. Catoline and O.B. Babbs (son of Merry Pranksters member Ken Babbs). This hour-long biopic has a focus on the Merry Pranksters and the later years of Timothy Leary's life, including his reunion with Ken Kesey prior to Leary's death. Features previously unreleased Grateful Dead music, too.

This is scheduled to run with the short film, "LSD A Go Go" on the CIA's early experiments with LSD.

Following this, Peter Walker (who programmed Timothy Leary's music in the 60's when he would lecture) is scheduled to play. Opening for Walker will be Jack Rose.

For this night, the film itself will be the usual $5.00. The Peter Walker show is $10.00. Or, to attend both, it is only $12.00! We will need to briefly clear the venue between the film screening and the live performance, however.

We are doing regular weekly film screenings with Fools Foundation on Fridays at 7 PM - and most are $5 (unless otherwise noted in advance), and will have filmmakers out from time to time.
