North Korea Tests A-Bomb: Will Bush Attack North Korea or Iran Before November Elections?

North Korea's test of an atomic bomb raises the danger that Bush will bomb North Korea or Iran before the November elections. If he does, the war in Iraq and Afghanistan and Lebanon may quickly spread out of control. Come to an emergency discussion about this danger and what we can do to stop it. Featuring:

Ahmed Shawki, editor of the International Socialist Review, author of "China: from Mao to Deng" and "China" Beyond Deng." Ahmed will explain how the US is stoking an economic and political conflict that threatens the entire Asian continent with disaster.

Anthony Arnove, author, Iraq: the Logic of Withdrawal. Anthony will discuss the escalating resistance and civil war in Iraq and explain the very real dangers of the US attacking Iran.

Senan Khairie, a leading, activist with the San Francisco Arab American Anti-Discrimination Committee, will discuss how Israel is using the crisis to continue its siege of the West Bank and Gaza as well as prepare for a new invasion of Lebanon.
