Learn how to make delicious and cruelty-free foods with Bay Area Vegetarians

Have you ever wondered, "Is it possible to bake great vegan cookies and cakes without dairy or eggs"? Have you ever tried to bake without dairy or eggs and found that your cookies and cakes were flat and dry, or just did not taste right? Since going vegan 3 years ago, self-taught vegan baker and licensed psychologist, Christine Dickson has dedicated herself to creating amazing desserts without dairy or eggs that taste "just like" or "even better" than the original.

This is special 1 ½ hour class features instruction, recipes, and samples for three desserts:
Cinnamon Swirl Bundt Cake, Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.
***Thank you to Sur La Table for offering their kitchen free-of-charge for this class and for providing store coupons to attendees of this class.
