Here are a few signs of protest, demonstration and xerocracy in action during the 14th Anniversary Critical Mass ride, San Francisco, Sept. 29, 2006.

From anti-war signs, to local elections, to a burning flag, to a mounting of the approach to the blessed sacred Bay Bridge (where bicyclists have yet to get a promise for access to the West Span, despite a bill having passed and a study having been completed showing it could be done and how to pay for it), to plain old lovely flower adornments on one's helmet, many celebrated the 14th Anniversary of the now world-wide Critical Mass movement with their own related messages for the world.

Amazing how it wiggled its way through the crowd, being SO DARN BIG. Surely this is what they meant when they said Critical Mass cannot be stopped anymore than the rivers and the rain.

Awesome sign in the first pic.

Also, good call on Oct. 23 war on Iran: expect the US to start bombing on Oct. 22 or 23, which is this month's new moon (no moon). The US almost always initiates airstrikes during a new moon, when night vision and other advanced technologies give them the advantage. It's the last new moon before elections, for those who still believe elections will actually be held.
