Join us for the 38th annual National Lawyers Guild Progressive Lawyering Day. The event will feature legendary activist, professor and author Angela Davis as the keynote speaker @ 3pm and includes panels from 9-3 on Immigration Reform, Torture/Human Rights Litigation, Youth Criminalization, Wiretapping, No Child Left Behind and Disabled Children's' Access to Public Education, Local Redevelopment Issues and Critical Race Theory. The event is free and open to the public.
