A presentation by Bill Monning, a local Attorney who visited Venezuela with the National Lawyers Guild Delegation and met with governmental representatives and opposition party leaders, media owners and people living in the poorest barrios of Caracas (who now receive guaranteed healthcare, education, and nutrition).
Bill will talk about the new “Bolivarian” Constitution and how it has been implemented, as well as the new election this December.
