§Some questions

There are frequent appeals on Mumia's behalf on KPFA. Some years ago the widow of the policeman he was convicted of killing was also on KPFA. Since I heard her interviewed I have had some questions which have never been answered to my satisfaction. Why did Mumia's own brother who was driving the car not support his innocence?Why was there no protest of innocence on Mumia's part until years after his arrest? Why was he found with a gun in his hand? Is there any reliable objective source which describes his trial and answers questions like these? Yes, the judge was racist, but weren't there blacks on the jury?
