The meeting, from 7-9 p.m., will feature a talk by Craig Lane (shivawarrior [at] care2.com) on how to improve your diet by getting necessary vitamins through eating the proper and locally grown foods and herbs without relying upon transnational drug corporations for maintaining your own good health.
Craig Lane is a certified Nutritionist and Herbalist with a BS degree in Nutrition, author of the book Moving Into Balance, graduate of the Kushi Institute of Macrobiotics, a Shiatsu Massage Therapist, and a Whole foods chef with expertise in alchemy via fermentation, and other microbial techniques.
The Foundation of Sustainable Living is a 501-C3 non-profit educational Foundation working to help citizens relearn necessary survival skills, mostly lost to general society and eliminating the need for handouts from governments and transnational corporations. These skills include sustainable building, food growing, maintaining biodiversity and equitable community building and governance.
