Josh Wolf appears outside 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in SF after release

As Wolf's attorney, Dan Siegel, stated on KPFA evening news, 9/1/06, it was Democrat District Attorney Kamala Harris, who gave this case illegally to the federal government, in cooperation with the Democratic Party's police, the police chief being appointed by Democrat Mayor Gavin Newsom. We will all recall Newsom and Harris as the election fraud candidates in 2003; that is, they both sit in office courtesy the same election fraud team, replacing Democrat Terence Hallinan as DA and "defeating" Green Matt Gonzalez as mayor. Matt Gonzalez easily won the mayor's race; Newsom owes his entire position to election fraud. The new group in that election added to the list of the Democrats' election fraud team is SLUG, a city gardening group used to commit election fraud. The usual team was also on the job that we all recall from the days of the 49er Stadium Swindle of June 3, 1997: Housing Authority, TURF, Nation of Islam, A. Philip Randolph Institute, Walden House, Cecil Williams and Glide Church, Amos Brown and 3rd Baptist Church, Democratic Central Committee, Republican Central Committee and San Francisco Police Department.

It is frightening. A veneer of legalese, but in reality a deadly
game of coercion, inducing people to roll over and die at the hands
of a government agent with ENORMOUS "police powers."

Another tactic is also to smear and via "5150" in Calif.,
"5150" is "Forced Psychiatric Detention" once inside the psych unit,
many, many ugly things can occur, one main thing being,
Forced Psychiatric Drugging via buttock (other means too).

This "forced psychiatric drugging" happened to me at the psych.
unit at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hosp. Psych Unit, leading to
a self-stabbing upon release within 3 days. I was put on a "5150"
after being beaten up by the Santa Clarita Sheriif, aka L.A. County Sheriff.

The term used by dirty cop terrorists: "3-day hold." Nice, innocous sounding,
isn't it. A more deceptive, extremely dangerous "police power" could not
have been cooked up by a North Korean police state.
