The Women's Intercultural Network invites you to join a conversation with women activists from conflict zones.
Raihana Popalzai and Heba Tarzi, visiting from Afghanistan, and Solome Nakaweesi Kimbugwe, visiting from Uganda, will discuss their work towards equality, justicem and peace. San Francisco journalist Rose Aguilar will moderate the discussion.
Raihana Popalzai and Heba Tarzi first visited California in May 2004. It was their first trip outside of Afghanistan.
